Panache uses Imail for e-mail. All customers may conveniently access e-mail in 2 ways:
Using your e-mail software (e.g. Outlook or Eudora)
Using our web interface via a browser (e.g. Internet Explorer)
The web interface includes:
Access to e-mail from any web browser independent of platform or location
Familiar mail client functions like address book, multiple attachments, multiple mail folders, message searching, and a spell-checker that uses either a
global or user-customized dictionary.
Multiple mailboxes for message sorting by date, subject, and sender, as well as "sent", "draft", and "deleted" mailboxes.
Self-administration allows users to modify their own mail delivery rules, auto-responders, directory information, and vacation messages
Get a copy of your web site or your SQL Server database
conveniently by email. When you order this
service you will receive emails messages with a link to a zip file containing your site or SQL Server data. You should then click
that link to download the zip file. Once
downloaded please verify the content of this zip
file. This service is available daily, weekly or
monthly backups
We
realize that building a trustful relationship takes time. We are confident
that you will be completely satisfied with our services, however, if during the
initial 30 days you feel you are not comfortable with our relationship, you may
request a refund.
As with all guarantees, there is some fine
print, so please review the following before ordering services:
The 30 day period begins on the first day of service and ends 30 calendar days after that date.
Requests for refunds must be received in writing via e-mail of fax prior to the last day of the guarantee period.
The refund does not include set-up fees, the domain registration fee or the first month of hosting.
Refunds will be processed upon request and can be expected within
30 days after the initial request date.
