Support for the Upgrades/Migration of 10/03/2008
Major system
upgrades and migrations occurred Friday, October 3, 2008
affecting all hosted accounts except for AbleCommerce sites and
Sub-domain plans. Notices were sent in advance via e-mail.
Please utilize the following list of contact numbers, e-mail
addresses and information for support should you experience any
technical issues or are temporarily unable to check e-mail as a
result of the migration:

Important: To check your e-mail via the web, you must now go
to:
http://webmail.internethosting.com
(instead of mail.yourname.com). Login with your
pre-existing e-mail accounts and passwords as usual.
If you do not remember your e-mail passwords, please contact
barb@internethosting.com to have them sent or reset.
Please use the information below to properly configure your
email program (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Netscape
Communicator, Eudora etc.). For further assistance in
configuring your email program please contact technical

DNS
Changes: If your domain name was registered through Web
Panache via OpenSRS, your DNS has been updated for you.
There is nothing you need to do. If you purchased your
domain name from a third party (e.g. Network Solutions,
GoDaddy.com, etc), you must go through your registrar
and update your DNS to the following name servers as soon as
possible:
Primary: ns1.internethosting.com
Secondary: ns2.internethosting.com
